Checklist:

All admission forms must accompany the following documents

1. Original Migration Certificate
2. Original Receipt/Deposit of Rs.20,000/- or Amount mentioned by HSCS as per HSCS rule for 2010-11
3. HSCS Seat Allotment Letter
4. AIEEE 2010 Rank Card
5. Marksheet 10+2 /Graduation/High School
6. 10+2/Matriculation/Graduation Certificate
7. Affidavit for Gap (If Applicable)
8. Original Character Certificate
9. Original Resident Certificate (If Applicable)
10. Certificate from Employer (for Employee of Govt. of Haryana)
11. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
12. Class Certificate (if applicable)
13. Certificate of Physically Handicapped (If Applicable)
14. Children or Grand Children of Freedom Fighter (If Applicable)
15. Certificate of Wards of disabled Military/Para Military (If Applicable)
16. Ex-Employee of Indian Defence Services (If Applicable)
17. Medical Certificate
18. Photographs (8 coloured passport size)
19. Discipline & Anti Ragging Form

Note:

1. All Originals and 3 sets of attested photocopies of above-mentioned applicable documents.
2. Documents/testimonials/Certificates must be brought at the time of reporting.
3. The Original Certificates Shall be returned back after verification.
4. In case of Kashmir migrants, supporting certificates and original certificates of Migration duly signed by competent Authority or Relief Commissioner.
