He advised the faculty to take up live assignments, industry interactions, research work, etc. Keeping in mind the importance of communication skills, he emphasized in his address the fact that interdepartmental discussions and debates can enhance the confidence of faculty members as well as of students. In addition to this he advised SCET to design various programs to enable MBA academicians.
